Bad smell started coming after few days of usage , they said it was tank problem and replaced it but the problem reoccurred.

Decent product. The after sales support other than the first installation is horrible. During warranty or AMC period, the service will happen after 3 to 4 weeks, when you lo-gin complaint, and that also after several followup calls. The quarterly visits are non existing, though they are supposed to do. The service engineer in Bangalore will stretch the call to Friday and then he will not pick to your call. I can guarantee that this is the worst supported product company. Any other companies product support must be better than Zero B

it is the worst product I have ever seen .If you want to make your life HELL then go for it . bull s*** service is provided by MENTOR ENTERPRISES in dehradun .after a long waiting of days after complaining the technician comes after ten days. and if there is a one problem with your water purifier in U&C they create 3 more problems to machine , after there visit the machine will stop supplying water or there will be no auto cut off of the machine. machine will go on whole day and your water supply tanks of your whole house will be finished and there is no one to listen your problem because the service centre MENTOR ENTERPRISES the only service centre in my dehradun is the worst worst worst service centre where there technicians are big illiterates like 10 class fail person. so one should not buy ZERO B products . I am suffering with the big torture of service centre after doing AMC of 5,000 rs for one year .after every 2 months for 15 days I have to purchase HIMALAYAN Mineral water for my house .daily 20 bottles are being used . it is fraud zero B is FRAUD FRAUD.......
Don't buy Zero B. Service is a big ZERO.
